Larisa brings over 25 years of experience in government contracting and is recognized as a transformative leader who builds, empowers, and leads high-performing teams. Her leadership style - rooted in technical rigor, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to operational excellence - has consistently delivered results for clients and elevated team performance.

Over the past year as Executive Vice President at Sierra, Larisa has played a critical role in the company’s strategic expansion, particularly in the areas of data analytics, software development, and Navy sustainment. Her leadership has helped to solidify Sierra’s reputation as a forward-leaning, innovative government contractor.

Prior to joining Sierra, Larisa served as Data Analytics Portfolio Manager at KSA Integration, where she led teams delivering end-to-end analytics solutions for the Department of Homeland Security. Her portfolio included exceptional client outcomes and corporate growth in data engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), data visualization, business intelligence, and data governance.

Prior to joining KSA, Larisa served as a senior leader at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading the Data Analytics and Aviation Readiness Team from its inception into a significant enterprise asset. Under her leadership, the team delivered aviation readiness analysis and strategic studies that helped secure funding for critical aviation projects across the U.S. Navy.

Keith joined the Sierra Team in 2020 following a distinguished 42-year career in the U.S. Navy and two years at Booz Allen Hamilton. Over the past five years, Keith has been a driving force behind Sierra’s success and growth in the Department of Defense (DoD) industry. His leadership has played a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
Keith’s extensive experience, particularly his expertise with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), positioned him perfectly to lead Sierra in its mission to deliver innovative and effective solutions to clients in the defense sector. His tenure at Sierra has solidified the company’s reputation as a trusted partner to the Department of Defense.
